Renshaw serves as Corporate Board Member and Advisor to multiple tech companies and is an Advisor to DreamIt’s UrbanTech Accelerator.

Tim Hain is a Senior Director at B+E who specializes in Industrial Net Lease Sales. Before joining B+E, spent 13 years at Duke Realty during which time he developed and leased ten industrial and office buildings including build-to-suits. He also served on the board for NAIOP. Tim is a Certified Public Accountant and is a licensed real estate broker in Florida and Illinois. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Tim’s passions are his family, particularly his two sons, downhill skiing, and live music. He is based in Chicago, IL
