The family was looking to capture the upside from the renovation and expansion the tenant was completing. This Boston Scientific location was mission critical as it produces over 700 Class I and Class II medical devices. The renovation and expansion included $11M+ in renovations and had a plan to expand the facility with an overall project cost of +/- $26M.
