B+E, the first brokerage and technology platform for net lease real estate, recently announced that Chandler Cox joined their Atlanta office as an Associate.
Chandler Cox is an experienced commercial real estate associate who before joining B+E, worked as a broker of single tenant retail properties and as a sale agent for residential investment properties.
“We’re really excited to have Chandler join our team, adding to our Atlanta office,” says B+E CEO and Co-Founder Camille Renshaw. “The growing market in the Southeast region of the US is full of opportunity, and Chandler will have the technology backing he needs to serve his clients.”
While at his last firm, he closed multiple single tenant deals with institutional buyers and facilitated 1031 Exchanges for clients. Chandler holds a degree in political science from the University of Alabama and is a licensed sales agent in the state of Georgia.
