Our Story

B+E is setting the new standard for net lease real estate brokerage services and performance.

B+E is a modern investment brokerage firm, specializing in net lease real estate and 1031 exchanges. We help clients buy and sell single tenant real estate. Founded by deeply experienced brokers, B+E redefines trading through an intuitive end-to-end transaction platform comprising of user-friendly dashboards and an AI-driven exchange – all leveraging the largest data set in the net lease industry.

Camille Renshaw is CEO and CoFounder of B+E, the world’s fastest growing net lease real estate brokerage firm.  Previously Renshaw was Head of Sales for Ten-X, a Google Capital company and leading online marketplace for commercial real estate that includes products like Auction.com. Prior to Ten-X, she founded the Stan Johnson Company’s New York office where she met her future business partner, B+E Co-founder, Scott Scurich. She has closed over $30B in transaction volume.
Renshaw originally entered commercial real estate as an owner, after founding Dyzco Technologies and successfully selling it to American Financial Services Corp. She is a serial entrepreneur who serves as CEO and Partner at RenshawCo, a venture capital firm that invests in both real estate and FinTech companies. Renshaw serves as Corporate Board Member and Advisor to multiple tech companies and is an Advisor to DreamIt’s UrbanTech Accelerator. 
Renshaw has established herself as an industry leader, making frequent speaking appearances, authoring articles and being quoted extensively by a number of leading publications, including Wired, The New Yorker, WSJ, Bloomberg, and GlobeSt.com. Real Estate Forum nicknamed her “The Catalyst” and has named her multiple times in “Best Bosses in CRE.”  CREW National Network awarded her the “2020 Entrepreneurial Spirit Award.”  Additionally, Commercial Property Executive awarded her, via a peer vote of leading CRE executives, with both “2020 Innovator of the Year” and “2020 Net Lease Property Executive of the Year” honors.

Scott Scurich attended the University of Georgia’s Tarry College of Business Real Estate Program, which is consistently ranked in the nation’s top 5 such programs by U.S. News & World Report. After graduation, Scurich spent several years working as an analyst and project manager in commercial real estate development and construction. With experience in categories such as hotels, multi-family, office, retail, entertainment, and mixed-use projects, Scurich entered the sales side of CRE at Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group in Atlanta where he covered an eight-state territory and closed in excess of $1.5B in transaction volume. His next move was to Stan Johnson Company (SJC) where he met and worked with B+E Co-founder, Camille Renshaw. Scurich was part of SJC’s highest producing team in the Northeast region, was a top national producer of retail net lease assets and was one of the firm’s leaders in 1031 exchange advisory. From SJC, he went to Ten-X with Renshaw where he was a Managing Director heading up its Net Lease division and serving in advisory roles regarding product development, marketing, and operations. His extensive and diverse CRE experience complements Renshaw’s entrepreneurial drive, making them an unbeatable team. Scurich leads daily operations and technology at B+E and he holds real estate licenses in New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Georgia, California and Alabama.

Tim Hain is a Senior Director at B+E who specializes in Industrial Net Lease Sales. Before joining B+E, spent 13 years at Duke Realty during which time he developed and leased ten industrial and office buildings including build-to-suits. He also served on the board for NAIOP. Tim is a Certified Public Accountant and is a licensed real estate broker in Florida and Illinois. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Tim’s passions are his family, particularly his two sons, downhill skiing, and live music. He is based in Chicago, IL

Tim Taylor is a Senior Director and Head of Special Situations at B+E. Before joining the company, Tim was Managing Director at Cantor Commercial Real Estate (CCRE) where his team was responsible for over $900M in non-securitized debt placement. He has traded over $7B of performing and over $1.5B of discounted paper over his career thus far. Tim holds a Real Estate and Finance focused MBA and an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from University of North Carolina. In his spare time, Tim supports social and educational organizations rooted in North Carolina while loving and calling New York City home for more than two decades.

Katherine Wadleigh-White is an Associate Director at B+E. As one of B+E’s first employees, she played an integral role in the firm’s founding and growth. Wayne Bares, CCIM is a Director of the Texas market and Broker of record for Texas for B+E. He is focused on NNN Single Tenant properties in Texas and Nationwide. Before joining the B+E team, Wayne served as a Vice President of Capital Markets in the Dallas, Texas office at Colliers.
