Commercial highway sign sold for $1.6 million

SAN FRANCISCO, April 2, 2025 — B+E, the first net lease brokerage firm with a proprietary technology platform, today announced the sale of the sign at I-80/Nut Tree Pkwy in Vacaville, California for $1,600,000.

The sign was purchased by a private California investor and sold by a California developer.  The B+E sales team was led by Hayden Salvas.
